Ingredients
  

  • 32 oz frozen tater tots
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 slices halal turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • to taste salt and black pepper
  • optional diced jalapeños, ranch dressing, or hot sauce

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Spread the frozen tater tots in a single layer on the baking sheet.
  • Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until crispy and golden brown.
  • Remove tots from the oven and evenly sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese and crumbled halal turkey bacon over the top.
  • Return to oven for 5 to 7 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Transfer loaded tots to a serving dish.
  • Top with dollops of sour cream and sprinkle with chopped green onions.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste, and add optional toppings like jalapeños or hot sauce if desired.
  • Serve immediately while hot and enjoy!
