Fruit and Spread

  • 1/4 cup fresh blueberries Add a juicy surprise to the sandwich.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  • Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.

Assembly and Cooking

  • Place one slice of bread buttered side down in the skillet.
  • Layer cheese and blueberries on top of the bread.
  • Top with the second slice of bread, buttered side up.
  • Cook for 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
  • Flip the sandwich carefully and cook the other side until the cheese is melted.
