Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced
  • 8 oz dry fusilli or rotini pasta
  • 1 medium red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 cup celery, diced
  • 1 cup carrot, shredded
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup buffalo hot sauce (like Frank’s RedHot)
  • 1/4 cup blue cheese dressing
  • 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • to taste fresh parsley or dill
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Cook pasta in salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, buffalo sauce, blue cheese dressing, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to form the dressing.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled pasta, shredded chicken, diced red bell pepper, diced celery, and shredded carrots.
  • Pour dressing over the salad and toss well to coat.
  • Stir in blue cheese crumbles and fresh parsley or dill.
  • Chill for 15–30 minutes for best flavor or serve immediately.
