Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 225°F (110°C).
  • Slice the zucchinis thinly, aiming for about 1/8 inch thick.
  • In a bowl, toss the zucchini slices with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the zucchini slices in a single layer.

Baking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 1–2 hours, flipping halfway through to ensure even crisping.
  • Optional: Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the hot zucchini chips as soon as they come out of the oven.

Notes

To store leftovers, place in an airtight container. Reheat in the oven at 200°F for 10 minutes to restore crispiness. Experiment with different spices for varied flavors.
