Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup cranberry juice, preferably 100% juice, chilled
  • 1 bottle Prosecco or sparkling wine, chilled (750ml)
  • 1/4 cup fresh or frozen cranberries (optional)
  • 1 tbsp sugar (for homemade cranberry puree)
  • 1 tbsp water (for homemade cranberry puree)
  • 1 tsp orange zest or fresh rosemary sprigs (optional garnish)

Instructions
 

  • If making homemade cranberry puree, combine cranberries, water, and sugar in a saucepan. Simmer until berries burst and mixture thickens slightly. Let cool, then blend and strain.
  • Pour 2–3 tablespoons of cranberry juice or puree into the bottom of each champagne flute.
  • Slowly top each flute with chilled Prosecco to preserve the bubbles.
  • Gently stir to combine without losing the fizz.
  • Garnish with fresh cranberries, orange zest, or rosemary sprigs if desired.
  • Serve immediately for the freshest, most sparkling experience.
