Cranberry Bellinis are a festive sparkling cocktail blending tart cranberry puree with bubbly Prosecco. Perfect for holiday toasts and elegant brunches.
1bottleProsecco or sparkling wine, chilled (750ml)
1/4cupfresh or frozen cranberries (optional)
1tbspsugar (for homemade cranberry puree)
1tbspwater (for homemade cranberry puree)
1tsporange zest or fresh rosemary sprigs (optional garnish)
Instructions
If making homemade cranberry puree, combine cranberries, water, and sugar in a saucepan. Simmer until berries burst and mixture thickens slightly. Let cool, then blend and strain.
Pour 2–3 tablespoons of cranberry juice or puree into the bottom of each champagne flute.
Slowly top each flute with chilled Prosecco to preserve the bubbles.
Gently stir to combine without losing the fizz.
Garnish with fresh cranberries, orange zest, or rosemary sprigs if desired.
Serve immediately for the freshest, most sparkling experience.
