  • 4 pieces Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup Caesar salad dressing Use your favorite brand
  • 1 head Romaine lettuce Chopped
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese Shredded or grated
  • 4 slices Soft bread (ciabatta or sourdough)

For Grilling

  • 4 tablespoons Garlic butter For spreading on bread
  • to taste Salt and pepper For seasoning chicken

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Season the chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper.
  • In a skillet heated over medium-high, add a little olive oil and cook the chicken for about 5-7 minutes on each side until crispy and cooked through.
  • Once cooked, let the chicken rest for a few minutes before chopping it into bite-sized pieces.
  • In a bowl, combine the chopped chicken with Caesar dressing and chopped romaine lettuce.
  • Spread garlic butter on the outside of the bread slices.

Grilling

  • Layer the Caesar chicken mixture on one slice of the buttered bread, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, and top with another slice of bread.
  • Grill the sandwiches in a skillet or sandwich press until golden and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side.

Serving

  • Slice the sandwiches in half and serve warm.

Notes

For best results, use a meat thermometer to ensure chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F. Experiment with different dressings and flavorings.
